UT Employee Team Excellence Award
The UT Employee Team Excellence Award recognizes outstanding teamwork among UT employees. It serves to promote the spirit of teamwork within departments and between units.
Eligibility
All groups of regular, full and part-time UT employees are eligible. Groups are defined as a unit within one department, several units within a division, or two or more departments that have worked together to achieve a goal.
Selection Criteria
Selection is based upon outstanding performance and results due to group achievement. Examples include: delivering exceptional customer-oriented services, saving costs, saving time, creative ideas, maintaining high safety records, combining talents of traditionally separate units, and actively demonstrating by example a willingness to encourage teamwork in the workplace.
Nominations must be made by completing the nomination form, and anyone may submit a nomination. The selection process is conducted by the Positive Recognition Committee
